With a clear vision in mind, the Bergen County homeowners contacted The Pool Boss for a pool installation that matched their modern, streamlined aesthetic. The couple selected “The Opulence,” a stunning example of modern luxury swimming pool design. Chris Argenziano and his team visited the property to begin the exciting plans. Surveying the land, they established the ideal size and orientation of the new luxury pool and started their work.

The pool installation was arranged with the long side spanning the width of the property, creating a beautiful and serene view from any of the home’s back windows. Taking a closer look, you can appreciate the custom pool steps inviting you into the luxury pool. An integrated sundeck allows room for four sun enthusiasts to lounge and socialize amid a shallow basin of refreshing water. When ready to take a deeper plunge, you can delight in the teal waters, swimming underneath elegant deck jets. You may then run your fingers through a delicate stream of water trickling from the raised spa, with spillovers emerging from modern, vase-like fixtures. Just beyond the spillover spa, you can invite your friends to rejuvenate in the custom jacuzzi, perfect for when the skies grow dark or the temperatures drop.

If you look to the edges of the modern luxury swimming pool, you can admire the mosaic-like tile lining the perimeter in shades of gray. Modern gray hardscaping frames the pool in large concrete slabs commingled with a grid of river rocks. A row of chaise lounge chairs rests on the ample patio space, making room for plenty of friends and family to bask in the sun.

On one end, you’ll appreciate the luxury pool house styled in shades of black, white, and blue—with a full outdoor living room group ideal for outdoor mixers and events.
