The Affluence at Franklin Lakes

The Real Housewives know a thing or two about luxury, and Joe & Melissa Gorga are no exception! The jet-set New Jersey celebrities sought a modern luxury swimming pool space with a resort-like feel to complement the clean lines of their new Franklin Lakes, NJ home. Having worked with The Pool Boss in the past, they knew that our custom pool builders could deliver precisely what they desired…and more.

Chris Argenziano and his pool installation team surveyed the stunning modern property to review the landscape and make the initial luxury swimming pool plans. Given the backyard’s generous landscape, the world was their oyster!

The couple opted for an oversized rectangle pool design called “The Affluence,” equipped with all the must-have pool amenities. With clean lines that perfectly suited the architecture of their modern home, the luxury swimming pool was built with sleek, wide entry steps that make for a grand entrance on any occasion. To the left rests an internal sundeck to provide hours of sunning and refreshment while lounging atop shallow waters. The pool’s rectangular shape lends itself to swimming laps, energetic water sports, or casual wading. For added enjoyment, the luxury swimming pool is appointed with a custom waterfall with four spillover jets, making for a delightful experience for the senses.

No socialite’s swimming pool would be complete without space for lounging and socializing! Exquisitely-laid stone and tilework surround the modern rectangular pool, creating a beveled, frame-like appearance in shades of gray and deep blue. On one side, you can lie back on the row of classic lounge chairs with a refreshing drink of your choice. On the other, you can get cozy on one of the outdoor canopy beds overlooking the glistening luxury swimming pool. A row of pine trees line one end of the pool, with additional lush trees lining the property for added privacy.

When day turns to night, there is no need to head indoors; the party is kept alive with mesmerizing fire bowls lighting up each corner of the pool. With one look at this amazing outdoor space, we think our next move is to get our names on their guest list!
