With a vision of modern rectangle pool designs in mind, The Pool Boss designed a one-of-a-kind oasis for this generously-sized property with all the upgrades. Fitting the bill perfectly, they selected “The Affluence.” Chris Argenziano and his luxury pool builders carved out a flat area on the property to accommodate the custom inground pool with a two-tier retaining wall. Configured to span the length of the home, the oversized rectangle pool was built with a 6ft foot depth, ideal for swimming laps or playing team water sports.

The Affluence was upgraded with a custom entry that gives Hollywood vibes by making you feel like you’re stepping out on the red (or blue!) carpet. Family and friends are welcome to sun themselves on the expansive sundeck, while other guests can socialize on the additional seating options offered by the custom inground pool’s deep benches and half-steps. And why make a trip inside when you can refill your cocktail at the convenient swim-up bar?

If you’re in the mood to heat things up, you can indulge in the jetted inground hot tub, just adjacent to the luxury swimming pool. Other guests may opt to soak up the rays on deck chairs while gazing at the series of sheer descent waterfalls and laminar jets that create a glorious waterscaped paradise for all to see. This pool installation includes integrated LED mood lighting, ideally suited for day or night.

Elegant hardscaping surrounds the aquatic paradise in shades of gray, with fire bowl accents throughout. The hardscaping expands to a patio with room for an outdoor living room and even a swim-up bar featuring an outdoor kitchenette and television. Smooth square and rectangular slabs of concrete line the periphery of the custom inground pool in a French Garden-inspired pattern.

Separately, a gourmet-worthy outdoor kitchen containing a gas grill, refrigerator, dishwasher, and smoker, is here to please. Additional seating with a television and gas fireplace rest just outside the home’s sliding glass doors.
