This cozy space in the township of Washington, NJ is proof that vision and skill can transform a small property into a luxurious outdoor living room for the whole family to enjoy. With the challenge of limited space, The Pool Boss rolled up their sleeves and determined the best way to maximize their square footage. Securing all of the necessary permits, a custom free-form swimming pool known as “The Felicity” was installed. Equipped with an external sun deck, and a bench in the deep end for lounging, it has all the features you would expect in a larger pool. It’s complete with a flowing waterfall and textured gray paving stones. Other features in this tree-lined backyard retreat include a pool house with an outdoor kitchen area and multiple lounging zones for friends & family alike.
