Morris County is home to many expansive and noteworthy properties among the hills. Take, for example, this modern chateau in Montville that is brimming with amenities.
The backyard was safely graded to create a generous footprint in which to build the pool and entertainment areas. A classic rectangular pool known as “The Ritz” was installed at an angle away from the house to create a pleasing and multi-dimensional footprint. The pool features internal custom diagonal steps and an L-shaped corner bench that provides room for water-drenched relaxation. This soothing pool is framed by complementary gray paving stones arranged in an Ashlar pattern which unifies the multiple zones. Those areas include an elevated space for lounging next to the pool, shaded seating off to the side, or for enjoying the terraced greenery surrounding the property.
