Chris Argenziano and his team of luxury pool builders assessed the modest-sized backyard to discover the best way to utilize the space. Since some of the backyard would be reserved for dining and lounging on the patio, a traditional rectangular pool design would not be an option. Instead, The Pool Boss built a luxury swimming pool with a custom shape that fit the homeowners’ space.

Called “The Cocktail,” this adorable little oasis has all the features you would expect in a larger swimming pool. The pool installation was done with a deluxe custom entry with a notched outline, allowing a grand entrance. With the benches and center steps spanning the width, the swimming pool provides plenty of space for guests to cool down, lounge, and socialize with a beverage of their choice. A speckled blue, black, and white tile pattern lines the custom inground pool and is framed by paving stones with a textured edge for distinction. This constant depth pool is everything you need for hot summer days and warm weather nights while also delivering a splash of elegance.

Resting on the “shoulders” of the pool are two handsome deck chairs for catching rays next to the cooling effect of the pool. The luxury outdoor living space also features a path of concrete slabs atop a thin strip of greenery that connects to the modern-style pergola. With minimal lines and a slatted roof, it provides a relaxing spot for guests under filtered sunshine. This cozy outdoor living room is completed with a few dashes of cedar mulch, shrubbery, and white summer flowers. The custom inground pool area maintains an intimate feel thanks to the surrounding cedar privacy fence and dense, tall shrubs. I think we can all agree that this “Cocktail” is worthy of a celebration!
